Neighbors in the small town of Mayfield said they don't feel safe with the big cats being kept there.
They also said they can't sell their homes because no one will buy them knowing there are tigers and leopards nearby.
However, the man who owns the cats said he is taking the proper precautions.
Mayfield's supervisor said the big cat exhibit may qualify as a home occupation or hobby, which is an allowed use in a residential area.
