The crash happened just after 5 p.m. Saturday on Centralia Street, west of Pioneer Boulevard.
The big rig crashed through the wall and into the backyard of a home, narrowly missing high-voltage power lines and a swimming pool.
Four people were transported to the hospital with moderate injuries including the driver.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
