Police arrested the man, who can actually walk.
The man was caught on surveillance video at a West Virginia store, walking around, taking money and shoving items into his pockets.
Then, he was seen making a not-so-quick getaway.
Police caught up with Timothy Parker this week and charged him with breaking and entering.
They also towed his motorized wheelchair as evidence.
