Three suspects are accused of stealing a car in the morning and allegedly shooting 44-year-old Carlos Hernandez in the stomach.
The suspects were arrested in a high rise apartment building after an intensive search near the shooting scene Thursday.
The men charged Friday are 23-year-old Fredrick Smith and 22-year-old Kerwin Murray. Charges are pending against a third suspect.
