Dennis Malavasi, 55, who is the son of former Los Angeles Rams coach Ray Malavasi, was arrested last year for his thirteenth DUI. It was his first DUI conviction in nearly 10 years.
Malavasi avoided prison by attending a year-long substance abuse treatment program, but he quit after a few months.
Malavasi is now facing several years in prison.
