More than a dozen teens were busted last week after breaking into a new house, throwing a wild party and trashing the place. When asked why they did it, the kids simply replied, "Project X."
"Project X" is a movie about an out-of-control teen party in Pasadena. Police say the parallels are uncanny between the movie and what happened at the house party in Houston. In fact, an officer called it a "copycat."
The kids could face serious criminal charges since the owner of the house now has to spend about $100,000 fixing the damage.
