Police say 36-year-old Joey Chavez fled the scene of a minor crash near 43rd Street Saturday evening. He traveled two blocks before slamming into another car near 45th and Western Avenue. Ten-month-old Julissa Ochoa and her 6-year-old brother Eric were killed in the crash.
Chavez and four others were injured.
