Ben Benson's will serve its last $48 filet mignon next month.
The landlord refused to renew the lease, so after 30 years on West 52nd Street, the once favorite lunch location for Lehman Brothers' high rollers will close its doors on Father's Day.
Benson himself says the chances of relocating to another address are 50-50.
