Sangjin Miller Oh, 48, is charged with six felony counts of perjury. He faces up to six years in prison if convicted.
Investigators say between 2004 and 2009, Oh used fraudulent information to get a driver's license under a different name, so he could hide his assets from his ex-wife.
Prosecutors say they want Oh arrested and held on $25,000 when he appears in court to enter a plea. An arraignment date has not been set.
