Nassau County police say four people have been arrested for grand larceny and possession of a skimming device, which they allegedly installed at the Old Country Road location in Westbury.
According to detectives, beginning March 1, 2014, while employed as a waitress, 19-year-old Tressa Walker, of Rosedale, used the skimming device to obtain credit card information from customer credit cards.
She would then pass the information to 23-year-old Herve Denis, of Elmont, and 22-year-old John Beasley and 21-year-old Steven Jackson, both of St. Albans, police said.
All four are charged with unlawful possession of a skimmer device. Jackson is additionally charged with grand larceny and Beasley four counts of possession of a forged instrument 2nd Degree.
Anyone who used a credit or debit card at Dave and Busters since the start of the month are urged to monitor their accounts.
