Mariano's opens in Ukrainian Village at former Dominick's location

March 24, 2014 (CHICAGO)

Mayor Rahm Emanuel joined company representatives and members of the Ukrainian Village community for Monday's opening.

The store is in the 2000-block of West Chicago Avenue.

It is the first Mariano's location to sell bison, pheasant and other wild game meats. This store is expected to create 350 new jobs.
