An 18-year-old woman entered a restroom stall at about 8:45 p.m. Monday in the Rite Aid on Sepulveda Boulevard, when she heard the restroom door open and footsteps.
She leaned forward to look under the stall and saw a man she had greeted earlier get down on all fours and try to look under the stall. They made eye contact before he ran out and left in his vehicle, a gray or silver Honda or Toyota.
The suspect was described in his 30s with black, short hair and wore dark clothing.
