PASADENA, Calif. (KABC) -- A California Highway Patrol chase ended in a crash that left four people, including a child, injured Friday night.
The pursuit began as a hit-and-run crash near Pass Avenue and 134 Freeway. The hit-and-run victim called 911 and followed the suspect.
CHP officers took over the chase, which ended when the suspect crashed head-on into another vehicle on a bridge over Lower Arroyo Park in Pasadena.
Four patients, including a girl, were treated for minor injuries, CHP Sgt. Mike Munoz said.
The suspect was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
