GRANADA HILLS, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Six cars went up in flames and were heavily damaged in Granada Hills, and authorities are looking into if it was an act of arson.
At least two car engines were already in flames when firefighters arrived in the 10100 block of Woodley Avenue around 11:40 p.m. Tuesday.
The fire was also burning some of the garage doors at the Woodley Plaza apartment complex. By 1 a.m., fire crews knocked down the blazes.
Six cars were damaged, with two completely totaled while the others had only minor damage.
Residents in the complex said they hope Los Angeles firefighters can figure out what happened. The fire department said no one was hurt in the fire.
The cause remains under investigation.
