Los Angeles County Fire Department hiring practices scrutinized

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- County leaders are questioning if the Los Angeles County Fire Department plays favorites when hiring new recruits.

The questions come after an L.A. Times report indicated the sons of current firefighters have more success in getting hired.
