Former LA Sheriff Lee Baca starts prison term

Former Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca is spending his first night in federal prison.

Baca reported to prison Wednesday to begin serving his three-year sentence for obstruction of justice and lying to the FBI.

He is incarcerated at La Tuna, a minimum security facility north of El Paso, Texas.

He's now 77 years old - and has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
