BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (KABC) -- Marvel legend Stan Lee uttered his trademark motto and did his famous pose for photographers at an event celebrating his decades of work.
Chris Hardwick hosted the event Tuesday night, which was called "Extraordinary: Stan Lee!"
It all happened on the stage of the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills. But it was also broadcast in close to 200 theaters across the country.
"I'm so lucky. Some people work a lifetime and nobody celebrates their career. I don't know how this happened to me, but I'm just incredibly grateful," Lee said.
Lee's daughter, J.C., even teamed up with Coronation Apparel to create special "I Love Stan" items that say "Stan Loves Me" on the back.
At 94, Lee remains a kid at heart and his heart remains with the kids and many fans of his Marvel superheroes.
"Follow your dreams. Try to dream of something really big and really good," Lee said as advice to his fans.
