Does a name make someone more likely to land on Santa's naughty list?
According to a new survey, if your name is Ella or Joseph, you've probably been bad this year.
A rewards program called "School Stickers" released a list of most naughty and nice boys and girls names. The lists were based on which names were given the most stickers. The study is only as scientific as the methods of giving out stickers to students, but with 58,000 students included, it does give us a glimpse at what Santa lists might look like.
And be sure to tell your kids that just because their name made the naughty list doesn't mean that it's talking about them specifically.
"The annual 'Santa's Naughty and Nice list' is just a bit of fun, and obviously there are many Ella's and Joseph's that are perfect little angels, just as I'm sure there are many Amy's and Jacobs that can be a bit of a handful," said Neil Hodges, the director of the program.

School Stickers stressed that these lists are not finalized. If you're on the naughty list, you have until Dec. 25 to work your way off!
