TAMPA, Fla. -- A witness recorded a violent case of road rage, which turned into a hit-and-run in Tampa, Florida.
In a split-second, the victims were run down by an angry driver.
Abe Garcia, the man who recorded video of the incident, said he saw the car's driver cut in front of the motorcyclists. They then exchanged words and Garcia started recording, but never expected what would happen next.
He spoke with WFTS in Tampa Bay, explaining, "I knew something was going to go down. I didn't know that extreme at all but people are crazy man - anywhere, your life, like, could end instantly."
The driver didn't get very far. Police arrested him a few minutes later.
The two motorcyclists were taken to the hospital and are expected to be OK.
