Playtime at work may stimulate clearer, more creative thinking
Researchers are looking into the connection between playing with objects and creative thinking at work.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Do you sometimes find yourself fidgeting with toys to clear your mind? Researchers are investigating the correlation between playing with objects and having a clearer mind at work.



While the research is ongoing, one study shows that playing with toys helps with focus, problem solving, and lowering stress levels.



Some of the "toys" most common to play with are pens, puzzles, silly putty, and koosh balls.
