NEW YORK (KABC) -- Actor Shia LaBeouf appeared Tuesday at a proof of compliance hearing in Lower Manhattan after pleading guilty in September to disorderly conduct.
The charge against the 28-year-old actor stemmed from a drunken outburst at a performance of "Cabaret" in June.
LaBeouf agreed to complete six months of outpatient alcohol rehab. If he is not arrested for the next six months, the plea will be withdrawn and the case dismissed.
LaBeouf was ordered back to court March 20. A sentencing date earlier in November was postponed.
LaBeouf appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" to explain his bizarre behavior.
