BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (KABC) -- When working out, experts say the timing is important. Food and Fitness Coach Lori Corbin visited JV Training Center in Beverly Hills to discuss tempo training.
"We don't want to cheat the muscle. So we're putting these tempos on these exercises so we can actually sculpt the muscle to its full potential," said JV with JV Training Center in Beverly Hills.
