"Lucky 7" was a drama about a group of five employees at a gas station-convenience store in the New York City borough of Queens who won a lottery jackpot. The show came in third in its timeslot against competition from CBS and NBC in both of its two episodes.
The premiere of "Lucky 7" on Sept. 24 garnered an average of 4.43 million viewers, according to Nielsen figures. That number dropped 40.75 percent to 2.62 million for the show's second episode on Tuesday.
The series was in production on its eighth episode in Toronto when it was canceled.
