Albanian Special Olympics athlete reported missingA 44-year-old Special Olympics athlete from Albania has been reported missing. Andi Gusmari was last seen on the University of Southern California campus at 8:30 p.m. Saturday night.

EXPOSITION PARK, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A 44-year-old Special Olympics athlete from Albania has been reported missing.

Andi Gusmari was attending a festival at the University of Southern California with his coach and the rest of the Albanian delegation when he disappeared at about 8:30 p.m. Saturday night.

He was described as a white male, standing around 5 feet 9 inches tall, 180-190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red polo shirt with "Albania" on the back, black pants with white stripes down each side and white athletic shoes.

Gusmari has a speech impediment and does not speak English, but will respond to his first name. Anyone with information on his whereabouts was urged to call the Special Olympics Command Post at (323) 441-1180 or the Los Angeles Police Department at (877) ASK-LAPD.
