Man talked to negotiators before jumping

SAN DIEGO San Diego police Sgt. Rich Nemetz says the 25-year-old man talked with negotiators for about three hours before jumping early Sunday.

The man's body was recovered but his identity wasn't immediately released.

No other details were immediately available.
