Calif. gov to try again for health care

SACRAMENTO A $14 billion health care plan fell apart in the state legislature last year because of concerns on how to pay for it. Despite that failure, the governor told the Associated Press he's ready to try again.

At any given time, more than five million Californians are without health insurance.
