Restaurant Report Card

WTVG We kick off at the Campus Oasis at 3303 Dorr Street with 19 violations. The report says multiple foods throughout the kitchen were not properly date marked. The inspector also noted a cook touched ready-to-eat foods with bare hands. It also says the dish machine was not dispensing chlorine sanitizer at the time of inspection. A manager says the violations were fixed during the inspection and more staff have been trained in food safety.

Molly's Diner at 2430 Laskey racked up 15 violations. The inspection report says raw shell eggs were sitting out and tested at 76 degrees. The inspector also found some date marking problems. And the report says the dish machine was not dispensing sanitizer at the time of inspection. An owner says the violations were fixed right away and that most of them were very minor. She also says the dish machine wasn't working because the supplier delivered the wrong equipment.

The Gyro Station at 1535 Eleanor had 16 violations. The report says one hand sink was completely blocked but corrected during the inspection. It also say chicken in the prep top cooler was a couple degrees above the approved temperature. It also says the facility didn't have a thermometer to check food temperatures.

But there's good news at Wendy's on 914 Conant Street. The restaurant had no violations, earning this week's 13 abc green stamp approval of the week.
