Border governors discuss green business

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. Leaders from the southern border states are meeting in Universal City. The conference lasts three days.

This year's theme is building green economies throughout the border region. There will also be a human trafficking discussion moderated by first lady Maria Shriver.
