Woman killed in six-vehicle crash on 101

LOS ANGELES Police said a 50-year-old woman was killed in the accident north of Lankershim Boulevard just after 10 p.m. Several other motorists had minor injuries and were treated at the scene as traffic backed up for miles.

The /*California Highway Patrol*/ hasn't said yet what caused the crash.

The freeway reopened at about 4 a.m. .
