The victims apparently identified Smith in a photo lineup before authorities say he confessed.
Smith is also accused of false imprisonment for holding a woman against her will with the intent to sexually assault her.

LANCASTER, Calif. Terrance Smith, 21, was arrested last month on a /*probation*/ violation. However, he is also accused of exposing himself to at least 16 girls and women in the Lancaster and Palmdale areas.
