IRWINDALE, Calif. According to /*California Highway Patrol*/ officers, all lanes of eastbound 210 past Irwindale Avenue were initially closed. The No. 4 lane was reopened around 6 a.m. to let motorists pass the accident. By late morning, all lanes of the 210 were back open.
Authorities received reports of a big cab fully engulfed in flames at around 5 a.m.
