The organization's founders have been holding a donation drive to help the community's less fortunate people for 23 years.
All the donated items will be given away during Sunday's event, which takes place just outside the /*Chino*/ City Hall.
"I'm just out at Chino, camping out for the toy giveaway. I just want to tell everybody that it's a good day, a rainy day, camping out with our new neighbors, just trying to hang out and have fun," said Martin Recio of Chino.
The giveaway will serve families who registered with the organization ahead of the /*Christmas*/ season.
The crowd will be treated to holiday music, refreshments and an appearance by Santa Claus himself.
