Local resident Vernon Scoville has built a 35-foot snowman along Route 126 in Champion, New York.
Scoville has been building snowmen for years. There was a lot of heavy lifting involved, with pickup trucks and trailers hauling in snow.
Scoville didn't do it all by himself. He had twenty friends and family helping him out.
