This is the second time in less than two months there has been an online outage for the bank.
The problems began on Monday and were not fixed by Tuesday evening.
A spokeswoman for the nation's largest bank said the problems were caused by system upgrades over the weekend, and the company hopes to correct the problems as quickly as possible.
She said no customer information was compromised.
