Police said 26-year-old Antwuan Giddens shot the boy several times in the torso, killing him.
Authorities say Giddens has addresses in Gardena and Inglewood and is known to hang out near Crenshaw Boulevard and 108th Street.
Giddens is described as black, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing about 190 pounds.
