The bus was hit by a wagon and nearly fell down a 15-foot pit. Firefighters tied one end of safety rope to the middle of the bus and the other to a tree to hold it in place.
Thirty-nine passengers had to be slowly rescued from the bus as it was teetering over the edge. They had to climb out side windows to get to safety.
The whole rescue took about 40 minutes.
