The incident happened around 9:20 a.m. on the 600 block Brier Drive.
The students complained of difficulty breathing, according to the San Bernardino Fire Department.
They were decontaminated, and two of them were transported to a hospital for minor injuries.
Authorities said the victims had been mixing a solution in a mop bucket. The incident remains under investigation.
