Her body was found at about 6:30 p.m. Saturday in the 23400 block of Moon Shadows Drive.
Detectives say the 25-year-old was found unresponsive at the location by a relative. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators are not sure what happened, but the Los Angeles County Fire Department reported "suspicious activity."
A search is now under way for a suspect.
The woman's identity was not released.
