The crash happened around 3 a.m. at Rosecrans Avenue. A big rig hit a stalled car and then overturned.
Two people were killed and two others were injured.
One southbound lane and the Rosecrans Avenue off-ramp were closed until around 10 a.m., when the scene was cleared.
