The 35-year-old tied the knot with singer-songwriter Joanna Newsom, 31, over the weekend.
The two have been together for five years after reportedly meeting through friends, and they have been decidedly low-key about their relationship. Samberg proposed in February.
Samberg now stars in the Fox sitcom "Brooklyn Nine-Nine."
