The 31-year-old man was rushed to a local hospital, where he later died. His name has not been released. The second man refused medical treatment, but officials said he was expected to survive his injuries.

According to witnesses, a light-colored sedan opened fire while driving by. A suspect description was not immediately available, and it was unclear if the shooting was gang related.
