Fitness expert shows moves to get dads back in shape
A fitness professional shows dads a couple ways to get their pre-baby body back, and the exercises can be done with children.

MARINA DEL REY, Calif. (KABC) -- Fitness professional Desi Bartlett shows dads a couple ways to get their pre-baby body back, and the exercises can be done with children.



The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that men who are married with children gain about 10 pounds.
