Missing North Hollywood teen located and is safe, according to police

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES -- A 16-year-old girl who went missing from the North Hollywood area has been located and is safe, according to police.

Shannon O'Connor was last seen Sunday at 12 p.m. in the Saint Clair Avenue in North Hollywood. By Monday afternoon, police said she was safe at home

Authorities initially classified O'Conner as a critical missing person and said O'Conner suffered from mental health conditions.
