Arcadia shooting victim identified as 56-year-old man

ARCADIA, Calif. (KABC) -- A man who was shot to death in Arcadia has been identified as 56-year-old Yue Zhao.

Arcadia police responded to a report of possible gun shots in the 1000 block of South 5th Avenue and found Zhao suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso around 9 a.m. Sunday.

The Arcadia resident was rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The motive remains unknown, and the gunman is still outstanding.
