SANTA ANA, Calif. (KABC) -- Police are searching for a man in his 20s accused of robbing several 7-Eleven stores in the Orange County area.
Police said Thursday the suspect is responsible for robbing four separate 7-Eleven stores with a semi-automatic handgun. The last incident was Monday at the 1200 block of N. Bristol Street in Santa Ana.
Surveillance video shows the suspect pretending to buy a drink and instead of reaching for his wallet, he pulls out the handgun and demands money from the register clerk.
The suspect is described as a male Hispanic in his 20s with a goatee and distinctive tattoos to his right arm sleeved down to his knuckles. Police say he is about 5 feet 4 inches tall to 5 feet 8 inches tall and is believed to weigh about 170 lbs.
