Van Nuys man accused of kidnapping, sexual assault; additional victims sought

VAN NUYS, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A 25-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting three victims under the age of 14.

Ary Alvarenga is facing three felony counts and is being held in lieu of $3,200,000 bail. He was arrested in the 7000 block of Lennox Avenue at about 6:45 p.m. Monday.

Detectives suspect there may be additional victims and are asking for the public's help.
