WOODLAND HILLS, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- One Woodland Hills neighborhood bands together every year to put on one of the most spectacular holiday displays in the Los Angeles area.
Residents of the 8 square block area, known as Candy Cane Lane, have been informally putting up lights since 1952.
