WTVG Inc, (Herein after collectively referred to as "Sponsor" and/or the "Station").
II. ELIGIBILITY
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry, legal residents of the broadcast viewing area of WTVG-TV / WTVG-DT, 13abc. WTVG-TV's broadcast viewing area consists of the following Ohio counties: Williams, Fulton, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca, Wyandot, Hancock, Wood, Henry, Defiance and Lenawee and Monroe counties in Michigan. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for WTVG Inc, or any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year.
III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To participate in "13abc / Live with Regis and Kelly contest", entrants must do the following:
Watch Live with Regis and Kelly on WTVG-TV Monday, May 11, 2009 thru Friday, May 22, 2009 at 12:30 p.m. on 13abc (Above dates exclude Saturday 5/16 and Sunday 5/17).
A question will be formulated from each day's show as the "Question of the Day" (9-10 a.m.) The question will be revealed/posted only on the 13abc.com website directly following the airing of the show. There will be no indication of what the question will be, so participants should watch entire show and understand that any information given that day is an option to be the Question of the Day. The Question of the Day will change daily.
To answer the Question of the Day, go to www.13abc.com and click on the contest and promotions page. Click on the link for Live with Regis and Kelly contest. This will open a window with the Question of the Day and a form requiring the entrant to provide personal information. All requested information must be provided for the entry to be valid. On the same page, the entrant must select the correct answer to the Question of the Day and click the submit button.
A new Question of the Day will be posted at 11:30 a.m. each day. On Fridays, the question will be posted at 11:30 a.m. and will remain online until the following Monday. Entries are limited to one person per day.
Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. No responsibility is assumed for: any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone/cable network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, or software; or failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web-site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Contest. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the owner of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form.
IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED
At the conclusion of contest each day, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from the eligible entrants with the correct answer to the Question of the Day. That one (1) winner will be awarded the Daily Prize Pack (details listed below) and then be entered into the drawing for the Grand Prize. All ten (10) daily prize winners will be automatically entered to the win the grand prize (details listed below). The final random selection for the Grand Prize will take place on or about Tuesday, May 26, 2009.
Once the Grand Prize winner is chosen, all winners (Daily Prize Pack and Grand Prize) will be contacted by one of Sponsor's representatives.
Winner will be notified by email. Response to winner notification must be received by Sponsor within two (2) days or the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Winners have 14 calendar days after end of contest to claim daily prizes.
Limit one winner per household for this contest. People who have won any other prizes on the Station within 90 days of entry are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes. Odds of being selected as a winner and receiving the prize is based, in part, on the number of eligible entries received.
V. PRIZE(S)
Ten (10) Daily Prize Winners will each receive:
T-shirt: A cotton t-shirt in size L or XL that has is branded with the LIVE logo and website address. Estimated retail value $10.00
Cap: A baseball cap with the LIVE logo embroidered on it. Estimated retail value $10.00
Tote bag: A tote bag with the LIVE logo embroidered on it. Estimated retail value $15.00
Umbrella: A personal umbrella with the LIVE logo embroidered on it. Estimated retail value $12.00
Mug: A ceramic drinking mug with the LIVE logo embroidered on it. Estimated retail vale $10.00
Estimated retail value of one prize pack is $57.00
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
Round trip coach airfare for winner and one guest; including pre-tipped car service. Airfare will vary depending on when booked. Winner has one year from the end of promotion to redeem prize. Car service is provided from airport in NY to hotel, from hotel to LIVE studio and for hotel to airport for the return flight.

Approximate retail value of grand prize is $2,500.00 (may vary). Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of the prize(s) valued at $600.00 or more.
Sponsor will select hotel and hotel location, airline and airport for transportation. Meals, taxes and tips, and all other expenses not otherwise specified herein are the responsibility of the winners. Some restrictions may apply.
Final actual value at time of booking and travel may be substantially more or less depending on timing and departure city, dates of travel, point of origin, and ticket availability.
Also children under the age of 10 are not permitted and children between 10 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of the show taping or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill this element of the prize. This element of the prize has no approximate retail value, and if it becomes impractical or impossible to fulfill this element, Sponsor's only obligation will be to provide the remainder, if any, of prize.
VI. RELEASES
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the contest administrator, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this contest and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release WTVG Inc, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this contest and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Before proceeding with potential segment spotlighting honoree, honoree must also authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
To claim prizes, winner must: (a) provide proof of winner's age, residency, and legal status; (b) sign and return eligibility, publicity, liability and any other releases requested by Sponsor; and (c) have winner's intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, sign and return releases requested by Sponsor; all within the time period(s) specified by Sponsor.
VII. MISCELLANEOUS: WINNERS' LIST
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the contest as originally planned.
Prizes may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, commissioned or redeemed for cash value. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
