James Woods sues hospital for negligence

WARWICK, RI Michael Woods, 49, died of a heart attack at Kent Hospital in Warwick in 2006.

A jury in the case was selected Friday.

Opening statements are scheduled for Monday.

Attorneys for both sides declined to discuss the case.
