Stephanie Robinette, 30, appeared in court Monday. She's accused of disorderly conduct and assault.
Her husband called police over the weekend to report a domestic dispute. Investigators say Robinette locked herself in her car.
She blamed alcohol for her conduct, saying she plans to go to counseling and get help. Robinette pleaded not guilty to all the charges against her.
